NEW PATIENTS: If you are new to our clinic, your first step is booking an initial consultation with one of our highly skilled practitioners. If your only goal is to receive either intravenous or intramuscular nutrients (IV therapy or IM injections), you do have the option of scheduling the short “Initial Health Screening for IV Therapy” appointment instead of a full initial consultation which provides us with just enough time to review the relevant health history and formulate your therapy.

For IV/IM therapies through Dr. Nicole Hartman, Dr. Rachel Fobert, Dr. Shannon McGuire, Dr. Pamela Smith, and Dr. Chelsea Gronick, please use the IV Lounge Schedule where your IV/injection will be performed by our registered nurse (RN) after formulation by your doctor. For IV/IM therapies through Dr. Kyla Stewart, please use the Nectar Naturopathic Schedule where your IV will be both formulated and administered by Dr. Stewart.

If you need assistance with your booking, please call reception: 250-762-7993

Over your lifespan you will transition through many versions of your body. As the moments come where the things you previously did no longer work to get results, or you’re finally fed up with feeling like your symptoms are holding you back, care that is centred around you will be the key to your success.

My practice prioritizes collaborative, integrative and evidence informed medicine. This is fancy jargon saying there will always be time for your questions and ensuring you understand what we believe is going on in your body. There is always time to go through labs, discuss the treatment approach and your prescription as well as pull in other health care providers when needed. All decisions are rooted in the scientific evidence but seen through the lens of your case.

Therapies I prioritize in my practice include but are not limited to nutrition, lifestyle modifications, coaching and planning, nutraceutical and herbal medicine, injections and pharmaceutical prescriptions when indicated.

I am always honoured to be trusted as a part of your health care team, lets rock this!

Dr. Rachel
